Open and Drain Canned Vegetables
Open the two cans of green beans, drain, and place in a microwave-safe bowl with a lid (with a gap for steam to escape). Add spices (such as salt, pepper, and garlic powder), and 1 Tbsp of butter. Set aside.
Open the small can of mushrooms, drain, and set aside.
2 Cut the Meat and Bell Pepper
On a large cutting board, cut out the green top of the sweet bell pepper. Scrape out the inside seeds and pithy white parts, and rinse well. Cut the pepper length wise in two, then continue cutting into bite-sized chunks (about a square inch for each piece) and set aside.
Unwrap the Polish sausage from its packaging and place on cutting board. Cut into small disks (about a half inch wide).

3 Sautee Vegetables and Meat
In a large pan on the stove-top, start sauteing the mushrooms and bell pepper on medium-low heat. Add spices (like salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder). Add 1 tsp of olive oil. Cook until bell pepper is softened and pliable.
Add in sausage and add some more spices (except salt), turn heat up to medium, and stir often.
Cook until sausage starts to brown, then turn to lowest or almost lowest heat. Add the cream cheese and stir until well combined. Cook the green beans in the microwave for 4 minutes.
